But due to many factors, including high competition and high demand of jobs, many students dont end up getting the job that they once dreamt off.
When they have to work with a new company like this, they seek that extra connection and the extra need of belongingness, to see if they can find a good work-life balance and cultural fit

We started by researching the topic of Orientation and how it was being conducted at present in the companies in both scenarios of in-person and remote setting.
This also helped us in identifying various archetypes when it comes to new joiners

PROJECT OBJECTIVE
An exercise in Experience Design
A study in how deep learning can influence the impact of written communication done by working professionals on digital platforms.
HOW MIGHT WE
Create a space to help new hires/ new designers get familiarized with the company culture
Structure and Optimize the orientation process for new employees in a remote setting
Introduce a solution for teammates to know each other without being transactional
Introduce techniques to build connections that are light and personal yet still within the flow of work

Managing a chronic illness becomes difficult to deal with in later years of life. It's better to control and eradicate it in the early years of illness development by incorporating a healthy lifestyle

To manage this chronic illness patients rely on Friends, Family and Neighbors to manage this chronic illness, an easy and quick connectivity helps them to achieve better mental and physical health

A conjunction of Wearable and Digital product can provide a better care system for patients suffering from chronic illness
Effective orientation training helps people feel more comfortable within their new roles, teams and departments, while also making them aware of company expectations and policies.
Blend is a template which is a web-based plugin integrated within the company's Internal Portal.
It focuses on orientation process of introducing new employees to their responsibilities, co-workers ,and workplace.

Identified archetypes helped us in selecting the interviewees from various backgrounds and age groups by making a questionnaire we understood various processes that they were introduced with in their orientation and the excitements and problems that they faced while they joined the new company.

EXPERIENCE WAVELINE
Using the insights of the interview, we found that fresh graduates and interns face the maximum problems as they are not aware of any business or company's internal tools.
We mapped the ideal experience to the current experience of the archetypes, which helped us in understanding the problems faced and also the content required for our product
